A start of something wonderful
Year two thousand and twelve ended with a bang. I can't stop saying how much an awesome year that was. Healthy family and kids and all the experiences and moments we got to share together, i can't thank God enough for all the blessings he gave us. Truly God is Good. I'm looking forward to a great two thousand and thirteen. May HE continue to shower us with all the blessings, happiness, health and moments and may 2013 be as great as or greater than 2012.
The best things in life are free. So true. I have been a online contest "fanatic" for little over a year now. I really don't recall how it first started... Well actually i do, you know the saying, you never forget the first's. First win online i had was an Xbox 360 with Kinect bundle, i just had to play a game and try to be one of the 5 highest scores in the game. It was NOT easy. I left my computer on for over a week, playing a couple hours each day and pausing it to do other stuff then back to playing again, this went on for the whole week, i was focused on reaching a place in the top 5. I played until the last hour on the cut-off day, forcing it to end on purpose just to get in the 12 midnight cut-off. Then, it's like my world turned upside down, i only bagged 7th highest, all those days playing and i still didn't get to the top 5... I just forgot about it and moved on. Then a month later, i got a call telling me that i was included in the top 5! It turns out that 2 of the highest scorers where actually hackers who wanted to win the Xbox easily. Yehey! I won! Oh well, that's how it all started, since then, i have been joining, winning, and losing alot of contests.
I really hope that 2013 will be another great year. So far it has been great, i hope it continues. 2012 ended with a Xperia Acro S for me and 2013 has started with a BlackBerry Curve and 10,000 (Philippine Pesos), not bad, not bad at all!
One of the main reasons that we lose our enthusiasm in life is because we become ungrateful..we let what was once a miracle become common to us. We get so accustomed to his goodness it becomes a routine..”
